I am the Founder & Sauceress of “Francine’s Outrageous Kitchen®”, an artisanal food company in New York with a simple premise: to share my passion for cooking, entertaining and nourishing my three children, their spouses, my seven grandchildren and all the other people I love with something pure, extraordinarily delicious, memorable and so easy to enjoy.

I make my sauces for people who desire pure, natural, delicious food, made by someone they can trust. Francine’s Outrageous Fudge Sauce®, Francine’s Outrageous Toffee Sauce with Bourbon® and my new Outrageous Raspberry Coulis® with French Eau de Vie are handmade by me in small batches, using only the highest quality, natural ingredients, including Rainforest Alliance Cocoa, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla. NO: GMO’s, preservatives, or artificial anything, and gluten free. Packaging is glass canning jars; deliberately sustainable, recyclable. The taste is decadent and frankly Outrageous!

After a career spent with some of the most iconic and successful magazine brands, including Country Living, Martha Stewart Living, Good Housekeeping, in marketing, sales, retail and strategic planning, I became the President, CMO of the marketing/advertising agency, The Ryan Group.

I stirred up my first pot of Fudge Sauce more than 10 years ago as an annual Holiday gift for my posh advertising clients. I figured if Martha Stewart could give food gifts and be applauded, then that might work for me. Every year, people clamored for more!

Encouraged by the fact that every chocolate sauce on the market was full of “unpronounceable ingredients” and I knew the demand for “pure, natural, handmade, sustainable” was growing. I launched a new business, “Francine’s Outrageous Kitchen®”.
