NEW OUTRAGEOUS CHERRY CHOCOLAT SAUCE!
The inspiration for my Outrageous Cherry Chocolat Sauce came from a little café at Sissinghurst Garden, England. And from Cherry Garcia® ice cream, my husband’s favorite.
Since my business mantra is pure, unadulterated, with over-the-top-decadent-flavor, the sauce is made with the very best ingredients - - two kinds of Valrhona chocolate, wild cherries, the finest French Kirsch and French sea salt. It’s taste is complex, sophisticated and very voluptuous. It will make classic desserts like Black Forest Cake showstoppers and simple delectables, like no-churn ice cream, shine. I’m exploring ways to use it in savory dishes too.
Storing & Serving Tips
My Cherry Chocolat Sauce has been freshly canned, in a sustainable glass jar, so you can keep it in your cool pantry. When ready to serve, take the top off and microwave 20-30 seconds, stir (there are no emulsifiers!) and pour. Once opened, the sauce should be refrigerated and, since it’s a fresh product, used by the “Enjoy By” date on the top of the jar.
