Francine's Outrageous Toffee Sauce with Bourbon
A dash of the finest Kentucky Bourbon, plus the best American cream, butter, sugar gives my Toffee Sauce a complex, luscious flavor. And makes it the best caramel sauce you've ever tasted. Each small batch is slowly cooked and stirred by hand until it reaches the perfect amber color and consistency.
I created it because I love English Sticky Toffee Pudding, and Tarte Tatin, but it's equally good with savory dishes, like pork and spread over a warm Brie. And I can assure you there are no "unpronounceables" in it, ever!

Storing & Serving Tips
My Toffee Sauce® has been freshly canned, in a sustainable glass jar, so you can keep it in your cool pantry. When ready to serve, take the top off and microwave for 20-30 seconds and stir (there are no emulsifiers!) and pour. Once opened, the sauce should be refrigerated and, since it's a fresh product, used by the "Enjoy By" date on the top of the jar.
